Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, only if you received a wrong or damaged product. Raise a return request within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory. Return shipping is ₹100, paid by the customer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. But all COD orders go through phone or WhatsApp verification before being shipped. If we can’t confirm, the order won’t be processed.
What items are non-returnable?
Items from clearance sales or priced under ₹500 are non-returnable. Worn, used, or unboxed items are also not accepted for return or exchange.
